Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • In addition to our general Terms & Conditions, you also agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • Our Training course fee will be listed at the time of your purchase. We may also be required to add taxes to your subscription fee. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used training sessions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • RCM Masters Academy may cancel any training program at any time prior to it’s scheduled termination date. If we cancel an online Course prior to its scheduled termination date, you will be notified through email and you will be entitled to 100% refund of the Course Fee.
  • Once you purchase your course, your membership of that lesson is valid for six months period from the date of purchase and you are able to go through; revise your purchased training sessions at any time within six months period. After six months period, your subscription will be termed
  • You will not be entitled to any refund if you cancel the course at any time.
  • If the Training you purchased is not what you were expecting, we are not liable to refund the training fee.
  • We are not responsible for any payment gateway transaction failure.
  • If we are unable to process payment through the payment method we have on file for you, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
  • We reserve the right to change our Training course Fee at any time at our sole discretion. Any price changes or changes to your course fee will take effect following notice to you, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
